New Boston Property owns and manages two housing subsidy programs under the direction of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the US Department of Agriculture—Rural Development. The two programs provide excellent housing benefits for individuals and families and management provides numerous activities that keep resident clients busy (if they want to be busy.)
